Howdy from deep in the heart of Texas. Toadies online store processes and ships orders once per week, usually on Friday. Please understand that we are not Amazon. We are a rock band, cutting out the middle man and selling our own merch, as such please allow up to 7 days for your order to be processed. Thank you for your understanding.

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the purchaser. Changes after orders have been placed cannot be guaranteed. If you need to make a change after ordering message us ToadiesOfficial (at) gmail.com and we'll try to help.

There is a dropdown menu on the checkout page for customers to choose shipping speed and type. Media mail is available for comics and music only. Media mail is the most economical but it does not come with insurance or tracking. Media mail also takes longer than first class and priority mail increasing the risk of transit damage. We are not responsible for damage to items including album jacket corner bends etc, especially those where the customer has selected media mail. Please be sure you are aware of your postage selection and what it does and doesn't include. We recommend USPS priority mail as it includes insurance. Media mail is shipped at the customer's risk.

Unless otherwise noted, vinyl records, posters and comics are in perfect condition when packed. We do not issue refunds for weather damage, minor cosmetic damage such as corner dings or bends etc. We do our best to pack everything carefully but in some cases wear is unavoidable in transit.

Items ordered with preordered items ship together once all items are in stock. If you want non preorder items faster, please place separate orders.

Coffee ships directly from our roaster and seperate from other items in the same order. Most posters ship in tubes and separately from other items in the same order.

International orders are available but may be charged additional taxes and border fees by the carrier. If your country is not listed please email ToadiesOfficial (at) gmail dot com.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. In the word's of the great Willie Nelson "Don't be an asshole." If there is an order issue email us and let us know. We appreciate our fans and will do our best to come to a reasonable and fair solution.

All sales are final and items are non-refundable unless it was our error. In some cases, we can exchange sizes, but the purchaser is responsible for shipping costs.

Any order issues or items to be returned must take place within two weeks of receiving the item.
