Toadies’ online store is run by the band — not a warehouse, not a corporation. Just us.

Orders are processed and shipped once a week, typically on Fridays. We’re not open on weekends, and we’re definitely not Amazon.

Please allow up to 7 days for processing.

We also close for a few days around major holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas.

⚠️ Known Glitch: Address Issues

Sometimes our platform rejects valid addresses (we know, it’s frustrating).

If that happens, email ToadiesOfficial(at)gmail.com with:

• Your email address
  
• Full shipping address
  
• Phone number
  
• What you’d like to order (including sizes)

📦 Shipping Info & Options

Orders ship to the address entered at checkout. Once placed, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed, but we’ll try to help if you email us.

We are not responsible for:

• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
  
• Orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout
  

Shipping options are available at checkout:

Media Mail (comics & music only)

• Most affordable
  
• No insurance
  
• Slower delivery
  
• Higher risk of damage (corner bends, jacket dings, etc.)
  
  → We are not responsible for damage when using Media Mail
  

USPS Priority Mail (recommended)

• Faster delivery
  
• Includes $100 insurance
  
• Better protection overall

🛑 Cosmetic Damage in Transit

We pack everything with care, and items leave us in mint condition unless noted.

Signed records are opened for signing — shrink wrap will be removed and minor wear can occur.

We do not issue refunds for minor cosmetic damage (poster bends, corner dings, etc.) or for damage incurred via Media Mail.

If condition matters to you, choose Priority Mail — but note that minor wear can still happen in transit.

🌍 International Orders

We ship internationally, but please note:

• Customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply
  
• These are set by your country and are the customer’s responsibility
  
• We cannot predict or control these charges
  

If your country isn’t listed, email us.

All international orders are final sale.

No refunds or credits will be issued, even if a package is refused or abandoned.
