Shipping, Processing & Store Policies

Howdy from Deep in the Heart of Texas!

The Toadies online store is run by the band, not a warehouse, fulfillment company, or giant corporation. Just us.

Orders are typically processed and shipped once a week, usually on Fridays. We're not open on weekends, and we're definitely not Amazon.

Please allow up to 7 days for processing, and longer during busy periods. Processing times will be extended while the band is on tour, as inventory is shared between tour merch and online orders.

Signed Items

Signed items are only available when the band is together to sign them. Because of that, there may be delays while signed records make their way back from the road to our online store.

Holiday Closures

We pause shipping for a few days around major holidays, including Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Address Issues

Known Checkout Glitch

Occasionally our platform rejects valid shipping addresses. We know it's frustrating.

If that happens, email ToadiesOfficial@gmail.com with:

  • Your email address
  • Full shipping address
  • Phone number
  • The item(s) you'd like to order, including sizes

Shipping Information

Orders ship to the address entered during checkout.

Once an order is placed, address changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed, though we'll do our best to assist if contacted quickly.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered during checkout

Shipping Options

Media Mail (Music & Comics Only)

  • Lowest-cost option
  • No insurance
  • Slower delivery times
  • Higher risk of corner dings, seam splits, bends, and other transit damage

We are not responsible for damage occurring during Media Mail shipments.

USPS Priority Mail (Recommended)

  • Faster delivery
  • Includes up to $100 insurance
  • Better protection during transit

Cosmetic Damage & Condition

We pack every order with care, and items leave us in excellent condition unless otherwise noted.

Please note:

  • Signed records must be opened for signing.
  • Shrink wrap will be removed from signed copies.
  • Minor corner dings, seam wear, bends, or creases can occur during signing and shipping.

We do not issue refunds or replacements for minor cosmetic damage, including:

  • Corner dings
  • Seam wear
  • Minor bends or creases
  • Transit damage resulting from Media Mail shipments

If condition is especially important to you, we strongly recommend selecting Priority Mail. Even then, minor wear can occasionally occur during shipping.

International Orders

We happily ship internationally.

Please be aware:

  • Customs duties, taxes, VAT, and import fees may apply.
  • These charges are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We cannot predict, control, or reimburse these fees.

If your country does not appear as a shipping option, please contact us.

All international sales are final.

No refunds, credits, or replacements will be issued for packages that are refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs fees.

Additional Policies

  • All sales are final unless an error was made on our end.
  • Size exchanges may be possible on a case-by-case basis. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
  • Any issues with an order must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
  • Merchandise availability changes frequently as inventory moves between tour dates and the online store.
